About the Event
We are inviting you to join Trailmixer's 2025 Fundraiser in Mammoth, CA this July! We'll be hiking Mammoth Crest Loop in Mammoth, CA on Saturday, July 26th, 2025. This 15 mile loop hike will take us from the Red Cones Trailhead just south of Mammoth Village up and around the Mammoth Crest that extends east from the Mammoth Mountain ski area. The Mammoth Crest is a long dramatic and gorgeous ridge, full of jagged cliffs and spires on its Northeast aspect that tops out at 11,700’. This hike is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced hikers! We will be having training hikes in the Los Angeles, CA area to help prepare.
We plan to play in style this trip, renting a condo in Mammoth Lakes, with Après hike beer in town. With planning to come in May, we also hope to visit the Devil’s Postpile National Monument as a day trip on Sunday.
